terms and conditions

Please read the list of notes and details below before checking the box (found in the form above) agreeing to the terms and conditions.

  • Upon completion of this form, give us a couple of days to process your order and we will email you a payment link if accepted. Payment is the only thing that guarantees a slot and subscribing with no payment may lead to removal from the subscription list.

  • Slots will be given on a first-come first-serve basis. If boxes sell out, we will be in touch to inform you of your placement on a waitlist and no payment will be processed for you. 

  • As always, all produce should be washed before use. Any allergies, dietary restrictions and aversions are to be made known in the above form. Boxes may include items outside of the realm of fresh produce as well, so please list all relevant allergies. 

  • If you’re unable to pick up your box during the scheduled window, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternate pickup time. Please note that some items are highly perishable, and while we’ll always try to accommodate late pickups, we can’t guarantee that all produce and goodies will be at peak freshness.

  • Each Folks Box includes a seasonal mix of produce and goods curated with care. While we aim to include widely loved items, box contents vary week to week and reflect the harvest. If something isn’t to your taste, feel free to share it with a friend or neighbor. You’re also welcome to let us know via email or text, and we’ll gladly take note for future boxes. That said, we’re unable to guarantee customization for individual preferences, as Folks Box is designed to celebrate variety, seasonality, and the realities of growing on a small farm.
